Cake and Libation: This Hosted Option is our most popular upgrade
to our packages. It adds the traditional feel to any wedding ceremony. Includes:
Host/Hostess, 1 bottle of liquid refreshment, 2 keepsake champagne glasses,
8" wedding cake and the classic set-up of table, white tablecloth,
champagne bucket, napkins, and silver cake server. Hosted Cost: $175.00
Cake and Libation
for Larger Groups: Larger Cakes, Specialty Cakes and additional
refreshments are available for larger groups. Priced per event.
Note: Guest fee of $5.00 per person applies to all groups over 4 people.
Romantic Dinners
for Two: Romantic Dinners for Two are available on locations
throughout the island and add an additional touch of magic to your wedding
day. Prices start from $395 and are dependent on your chosen
location. Please inquire with your wedding coordinator.
Tented Events/Receptions:
A catered event is a wonderful way to celebrate your wedding with your
family and friends. Wedding In Paradise will handle all the details ranging
from tents, food, beverages, transportation and much more.
The set-up of the tent’s interior can reflect your personal choice
of Hawaiian Decor or Classic Elegance. Additionally, we work with a talented
Floral Decorator to create the atmosphere you desire...from the simple
to the extravagant.
Please contact your wedding coordinator to discuss details so your
options can be clearly outlined to your venue.
Luau
Commercial Hawaiian Luau Reservations can also be made through us here
at Wedding In Paradise. These are perfect for a casual reception or rehearsal
dinner. All luaus feature great traditional Hawaiian food, Hawaiian entertainment
and Hula show. Price includes dinner, entertainment and libations. If
you are interested in this venue please contact us for possible discounted
rates.
Restaurant
& Hotel Receptions
Kauai has wonderful accommodations and restaurant options, (www.kauaimenu.com).
Please don’t hesitate to ask for our assistance.
Gratuities
Gratuities/tips are not included in any of the costs for our support staff
services, including minister, photographer, videographer, coordinator,
musicians, etc. Although not expected or required, gratuities are always
appreciated by our staff and generally range from $20 to $100.
Horse-Drawn Carriage
Enjoy a relaxing and romantic ride in an antique French Carriage, drawn
by two Clydesdale Horses. Incorporate this as part of your entrance to
the wedding, or as a special treat following. This option is not available
at all locations. $500.00 for 1 hour.
Limousine Transportation
Arrive to your selected wedding location in one of Kauai's White Presidential
Stretch Limousines. No driving, no maps, no worries about having that
second glass of champagne and no seat belts to wrinkle the dress! Luxury
is never out of style. $115.00 per hour, driver gratuity included.
2 hour minimum is required. Town
Cars, Mini-Vans, Mini Buses and Full Buses are available to fit the needs
of your group.
Ministers/Celebrants
All of our ministers/celebrants are licensed by the State of Hawaii. A
"Minister's Questionnaire" will be provided to match the right
minister to your needs. We offer ceremonies ranging from Religious (Baptist,
Lutheran etc., Semi-Religious (Christian). Personal vows and/or readings
may be added. The minister's honorarium is included in all the Packages
we offer. Ranging from $175-$275
Musicians
Having a professional musician to perform at your wedding is an option
that we think is a must. The ambiance created by live music only enhances
the romance of the moment. Musicians are contracted for one hour. Additional
time can be reserved at a discount.

Photography is probably the most important service we offer to our wedding
couples. In the years ahead, it is the photographs that will conjure the
wonderful and romantic memories of your wedding day. No matter which photo
package fits your needs, rest assured that all of our photographers are
experienced professionals using Medium-Format Film or High Resolution
Digital equipment.
BASIC PHOTO
PACKAGES: These packages are designed for those who simply want
to capture their wedding day memories and have them professionally presented
in a wedding album. The packages include 5x7 or 5x5 prints, a wedding
album and approximately 1 hour of time with the photographer (including
ceremony).

Packages can provide. This more traditional approach allows more time
with the photographer and the customized designing of your wedding album.
Using different sizes of photos along with a variety of complementary
mats, your album is sure to be dynamic and compelling -- illustrating
the "story" of your special day.

Videography
Video provides a wonderful format by which you can share your wedding
ceremony with family and friends who were not in attendance. Not to mention,
the ability to "relive" the magical moments for yourselves,
in live audio and video. Specialty options, such as photo collages are
available at additional cost as well as reception coverage.
